ABOUT LUMENJOBBOARD.ORG

LumenJobBoard.org is an exclusive, password-protected platform built within and for the Lumen and Regnum Christi community. Our mission is simple: to connect people of faith and character with opportunities that matter, at every stage of their professional journey.

We serve four distinct groups:

Interns

LumenJobBoard.org is designed to connect hiring organizations with young adults who are currently in academia or have recently graduated and are seeking internship opportunities. Every student with a profile posted here has been personally vetted by a number of our Lumen Institute members and is actively involved in various formation programs, as noted in their individual profiles. These are individuals of character with a strong moral compass and a genuine desire to work hard and prove their capabilities in their desired field of study or discipline.

Lumen Fellows

Rising professionals who are active in the Lumen community and bring the same commitment to faith, character, and hard work that defines our network. While earlier in their careers, they are fully vetted members of our inner circle.

Young Catholic Professionals (YCP)

Driven men and women in their 20s and 30s who are building careers grounded in faith and purpose. LumenJobBoard.org gives them access to a community of employers who share their values and are actively looking for talent like theirs.

Lumen Circle

Lumen Circle members are professionals who, while not formal Lumen Institute members, are connected to our community through shared faith, values, and relationships. They bring the same character and work ethic we expect from every person on this platform. All Lumen Circle members have been personally referred and vetted by a Lumen member in good standing.

Our Commitment

Every candidate listed on LumenJobBoard.org has been personally vetted by a Lumen member. Every employer posting here is part of our trusted inner circle. This is not a public job board. It is a community taking care of its own.
